The cycle of negative thinking

When we find that we cannot change a pattern of beliefs we always ask why can't i change why do i keep doing this to myself ? The key element is we do not ask how can i find a different way to fix it ?

What is the real problem ? And what are the questions we keep asking ourself ? A person wants to loose weight but do they ask themselves how can i reduce the amount of fat i am eating or the amount of salt and calories ? Can I workout harder with greater intensity and not be afraid of being exausted at the end of the workout ? New rules :

1 write down what you want
2 believe that you can make the change you need .
3 know that if you are seeking answer then you increase the chance of success if you don't you will not

Aniexity

You wake up in the morning and you dread the sunrise because you know that it will mean another of fear and pain your self talk keep asking you the endless questions over and over and you are to afraid to answer the question .

The simple actions of work and play and altered with loss of energy and motivation and the view of yourself is filled with dispair and anger and your mind keeps saying why me ? The real truth is that you can control this by taking action and making a plan to strengthen your core beliefs of who you are . By knowing that you are strong and that you can and will take care of yourself and no matter how difficult the situation is you can and will survive .


what do people really want ?

What is keeping you from getting what you want .

The facts of life are that most of us have all the controls we need over our life but we fail to use the tools we have learned.

We do this out of fear based on false neurologic associations where we link one action to being true under every situation .

People allow the past to rule their existence and this mindset controls their ability to grow and change . But the truth is that we have the power to alter this action and make our bodies and lifestyles different .So what are the key factors to making this change ?

1. Accepting what is your current reality.

2. Challenge the existing beliefs .

3. Make a decision to make changes .

4. Take action and reexamine these actions .
